William Kenneth C. Dippel

William Kenneth C. Dippel, J.D.

Mr. Dippel was raised in Dallas and attended Louisiana State University, where he received his B.S. in Education and English, cum laude.  He graduated from Southern Methodist University Law School, cum laude, in 1983.  His interest in the practice of law was inspired by his father, the late Honorable Kenneth C. Dippel, a practicing Texas lawyer for over 50 years and former Judge of the 95th District Court in Dallas.

Mr. Dippel began his career at the Dallas defense firm of Strasburger and Price, where he progressed from associate to full equity partner in the shortest amount of time possible.  Much of his work was defending high stakes product liability litigation for major automotive manufacturers.  He began working as regional counsel for one of the world’s largest automotive manufacturers at the age of 27.

In 1994 Mr. Dippel left Strasburger and Price to form his own plaintiffs' firm.  From 1994 to the present, the vast majority of his work has been in the representation of families who have suffered catastrophic injuries.

In his off time, Mr. Dippel enjoys following the Dallas Mavericks, golf, and scuba diving in the Caribbean with his three sons.

Holly Kerr

Holly studied biology at the University of California, San Diego, and completed her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Baylor University.  Her nursing background includes inpatient and outpatient oncology, general med/surg, interventional radiology and emergency room nursing.  She has worked with Mr. Dippel since 1990.  Each case file must be thoroughly developed, and the medical component is Holly’s responsibility.  Medical record acquisition and review, interfacing with medical care providers, literature research, and retention of the best medical experts are part of that process.  Not every law firm has a nurse on staff, but The Law Offices of William Kenneth C. Dippel recognizes the value of a nurse team member.

Holly is married and has two daughters – one a recent college graduate and the other a college freshman.  She comes from a long line of scratch pie bakers and enjoys traveling, running and following the Dallas Mavericks.
